Lake Carroll Way is the street just north of Linebaugh Ave. Turn EAST on Lake Carroll Way, and make a right hand turn into the parking lot. We are situated between the Carrollwood Pharmacy and the Laundromat. Alliance Pain Management and Kims Tailor are our immediate neighbors.
